Samuel Bohn is a multi-award winning composer and musician. For the last 14 years, he has been creating works for the worlds of film, TV and advertising.
Bohn won two Music and Sound Awards for his score work on The Theory of Everything trailer. His work on Ravi Ajit Chopra’s film Cognition earned Bohn more than 10 ‘Best Score’ awards at film festivals across the world, including the New York Movie Awards, Florence Film Awards and the Independent Short Awards.
In recent years, Bohn has scored the adaptation of Stephen Fry’s best-selling novel The Hippopotamus and BBC series The Cleaner starring Greg Davies and Helena Bonham Carter, directed by Tom Marshall – who Bohn has previously collaborated with on Wasted, Pixies, Famalam and Drifters.
His score for the trailer of Disobedience earned Bohn another Music and Sound Award, with his work on the trailers for On Chesil Beach and David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet also picking up further nominations.
Outside of the world of film and TV, Bohn has worked on campaigns for industry-leading brands across the globe, including Mercedes, Emirates and Verizon, as well as HSBC and Subaru.
Samuel also composes and produces his own music under the moniker BOHN. His debut solo album Metanoia will be released this year.
