Dror Mohar

Dror Mohar is a BAFTA-nominated Sound Designer and Re-recording Mixer and music engineer with more than 15 years of industry experience. He has worked with several of Hollywood’s most renowned filmmakers over the course of his career. Most recently, Dror served as the Sound Designer, Score Mixer and Re-recording Mixer on Apple TV’s Lady in the Lake, starring Natalie Portman.
Dror is also a regular collaborator of Director Peter Berg, designing and mixing sound for four of his films: Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon, Patriots Day, and Mile 22. Dror was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Sound in 2017 for Deepwater Horizon, and also served as the Sound Supervisor on Patriots Day and Mile 22.
Dror’s other notable credits include designing the sound for The Greatest Showman, starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, and Michelle Williams; James Mangold’s The Wolverine, also starring Jackman; and Divergent, starring Shailene Woodley.
Additionally, Dror has served as a Sound Effects Editor for Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained and Inglorious Bastards and Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu’s The Revenant, and as a Foley Supervisor for Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood and Oliver Stone’s Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
Outside of film and TV, Dror has served as the sound designer for several video games, including Activision’s DJ Hero; Microsoft’s Fable III; and Capcom’s Lost Planet 2.
