This Apple Original Film tells the inspirational story of 17 year-old Ruby, the sole hearing member of a deaf family torn between the obligations she feels to her family and the pursuit of her own dreams as a gifted singer. 

Engine Custom Music was tasked by the team at Grandson to create an orchestral re-imagining of this classic, which Ruby beautifully sings in the film. Flynn Hase Spence’s rendition of this iconic song deftly balances tender vulnerability with the swell of emotion to enhance the climax of this coming-of-age story.
